Started new design on a small office building in Dominican Republic. So far this is what I have to work with below; some measurements from of the space and a whole lot of wonders about indoor air quality. No one cares much about that here, I should know, I'm  from here, and a/c never bothers anyone not having one, but would love to have one. Construction methods are not too different due to budget, but very similar since rules may apply to International Building Codes which I will work to follow. Lets see what the result may be from something small and very.....very...limited budget.
